Your first coffee will be sent out on the next scheduled shipment. We ship our coffees at the start of each month. Your first payment will be taken on the day you subscribe and subsequent payments will automatically occur on the 25th of each month. You can skip a month, or cancel your subscription anytime you like.
We believe that the coffee we select is of the highest quality. And we do our best to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues with your coffee, such as a damaged product, we'd be more than happy to help you.
At Pink Palm, we aim to provide our customers with impeccable service, and the highest quality beans. We want you to be 100% happy with your Pink Palm experience. However, as coffee is a perishable product, unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns.
If there was an error with your order, or your coffee is faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase.
