Your coffee is roasted-to-order and should arrive within seven days off the roast date. This is when your coffee is perfect to drink. It's had time to rest and degas after being roasted.
Pink Palm Coffee Club is a coffee subscription service. We send you one bag of speciality coffee every 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks direct through your letterbox. Our service allows you to customise a coffee plan based on your coffee preferences.
Your first coffee will be sent out on the next scheduled shipment. We ship our coffees on Mondays. Your first payment will be taken on the day you subscribe and subsequent payments will automatically occur the following week, fortnight, or month depending on which plan you chose.
We believe that the coffee we select is of the highest quality. And we do our best to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues with your coffee, such as a damaged product, we'd be more than happy to help you.

At Pink Palm, we aim to provide our customers with impeccable service, and the highest quality beans. We want you to be 100% happy with your Pink Palm experience. However, as coffee is a perishable product, unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns.
